I take it you mean a new Power Supply. The answer is no. There is probably another issue here. If you replaced the power supply your self then you did something to affect the pix quality. If a Tech replaced the power supply he should have tested the tv using the source you use to watch tv and make sure the pix quality was as before the repair was done. Hook up a DVD player to the same input and see what you get. The old power supply might have damaged the Main bd as well or your source might have gone bad or has a weak signal. You have some work to do.
