Last option that you can do is to hard reset the camera, please take note that this procedure will delete everything on the phone. Please follow steps below:
Switch off the cell phone.
Then hold and press 3 keys: Volume Down + Power button. Next release all keys, when Samsung logo appear. Select option "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume Down button, and confirm with Power button.
Choose "Yes -- delete all user data" form the menu, and confirm with Power button.
After that select "reboot system now".
is there any sign of scratches to show its been dropped? if not samsung offer a 2 year guarentee, take it to any well known phone shop such as carphone warehouse (with proof of date bought) and they will send it away. be warned they will always tell you that samsung will try to fix it but really samsung will just issue you with a referbished one and then they will fix your one in their own time.
Many cameras have an exposure adjustment of increasing/decreasing amount of exposure (usually marked as -/+) Yours is probable set with to much overexposure. This is a setting you can change.
usually it's the opening in the lens doing it. it may be stuck open and not closing down during bright sunshine. The only thing you can do is drop the exposure down. Canon offeres a repair for about $100 or a refurbished SD750 for the same money
It sounds like overexposure. If you are in Auto mode, you should have your settings automatically so you shouldn't get overexposure and if you are, you may need to have your camera serviced.
Make sure your ISO is not high, make sure your shutter speed is not long and make sure your flash output is not high.
Other than that call Canon and set up service or get an upgrade through their Loyalty program.
