Does it make a difference if you're on WiFi vs. 4G? Try rebooting your phone. If that doesn't work contact Verizon. Text and email is SMTP and can be slow at times.

SOURCE: My iPhone incoming calls ring but do not vibrate, but all other notifications vibrate correctly.

Strange. I would try resetting your iPhone. Hold down the home and power buttons until it powers off. It should start up automatically but if not just press the power button. This has worked for me in the past when my iPhone has acted strangely.
Don't worry about a reset or hard reboot. You won't lose any data or settings.

Receiving no new incoming emails.

Check your email setup on your device to make sure user name and password are correct. Have you tried another device for email? You may have to update your profile or contact your providers.

Why doesn't it work correctly?

Also, make sure nothing is in your Outbox folder. If any emails are stuck in this folder, it will cause issues.

The computer is no longer receiving e-mails, please suggest what might be the problem.

First step would be to look at the settings for incoming emails (POP3 or IMAP). Make sure that the server and port settings are correct. Also check if your provider didn't recently change the requirements for authentication, meaning that you may need to specify a username and password in order to retrieve emails. Most email softwares have settings for this.

I am not able to send or receive any mail on my yahoo account.

How do you access your Yahoo mail? Is it via the browser (www.yahoo.com) or via MS Outlook?

If you're having a problem of sending/receiving emails while using the web browser, you may want to delete old and unnecessary emails. You could have reached the storage limit of your email account.

But if your using an Outlook, you need to double-check the account settings. Make sure that you have the correct user name, password, incoming and outgoing servers, incoming and outgoing ports.

If you setup your email account using the POP protocol, you may use these server ports:

Incoming: 110 or 995
Outgoing: 25 or 2525, or 587, or 465 (SSL)

For IMAP:

Incoming: 143 or 993
Outgoing: 25 or 2525, or 587, or 465 (SSL)

If the same problem occur, you may try to delete your account and recreate it. Please bear in mind that if you deleted your account and recreated it, some emails may no longer appear or get downloaded.

Thank you and good luck!

Some one blocked my MSN incomming emails. I am missing a lot incomming emails. I received emails from:[email protected] on behalf of [email protected] with the message that I can find out...

Never respond to any email requesting id or passwords.

MSN/hotmail uses a spam filtering system. You may just need to check the spam/junk mail folder for the missing emails. Spam filters are not perfect and sometimes grab valid email.

If your outgoing messages are being blocked, someone may have reported you as a spammer. You will need to call Microsoft to get id unblocked.

Exchanging email discussion, want to add my replies and comments

To get the cursor to appear, you have to start either a reply or forward of the original message. That will put the message into "editing mode". Then you can use your cursor to point where you want to make comments. I suggest you make your text a different color than all the other text.

Reporting wrong times on my emails

You probably need to check your time zone settings in Yahoo...

on the upper right-hand corner just above your yahoo mail inbox, you'll see an options link... select mail options.

when you get to that page, click on 'accounts' in the left-hand menu, and once in that page, click on add or edit an account.

in this next page, click on account information, you may be prompted for your password before continuing....

once you get in there... look for 'Time Zone' and see if yours isn't some hours ahead of what it should be.... if so, click on the edit link for that section, and change this to your correct time zone.

that should do the trick!
