My ipod touch have power BUT?

I bought this last month.after 2 weeks of using its fine but sometimes it hangs,. I mean the power and the screen. But now, this is it. but its white screen and nothing can see in the screen.if i open/switch-on the power,will its they same situation just a blank (nothing the ff:passcode,picture,music anything can see on my ipod.
