How do I replace the electric pto clutch

have you considered removing the pulley from the top of the mandrel? might be easier to put the belt on by taking off a nut than breaking welds and rewelding when you are done. i do not have a lot of respect for troy bilt, but even they know belts have to be replaced at least once in the life of a product so there must be some less drastic way. have you troubled yourself to take a look under "support" over on the troy-bilt website?
