My n70 drops my incoming and outgoing calls

the problem is minor before the 3 months ago but now , every call is just i drops and i am not able to call anybody with n70 , when i am making call the music player automatically starts and call is just cut after 9 or 10th try i am able to call and suddenly call is cuts. wht to do? i have format my phone so 5 time after the problem but problem is there ...i am not able to slove , is there can be any hardware problem ? and when incoming call is received there also music player starts auotmatically...
