My digital camera wont work

Suddenly my camera just wont come on a red light flashes by the lens at the back of the camera is there anything i can do to fix this ?

This red light is telling you that the camera has a problem. Take to a local camera store where they may be able to help. The age of your camera may be an indicator that repair is not a good option and buying a new camera is your best option.

There are some cameras who give problem when they are new. Give it some time i am sure it when the battery is on the move it automatically repaired.

If it says lens error all you have to do is try pushing the lens back in. If that doesnt work, sorry! lol =(

Olympus 1050 SW completely unresponsive to any button


the lens may be stuck ... that is not coming out or not returning in either condition causes it to do something like that ,i.e blingink red light or an error code etc .... solution is that you'll need to open up the camera with a set of precission screw drivers and manually turn in or out the lens to start it back in operation either ways its a bit technical if you never did it before ....could be caused by moisture getting into the camera .....

Fe-100 wont come on


use external 4.5v npkia battery. huh. ı have same machine and hate olympus.

Will not come on


I have the same problem. It looks like a defective battery as I tried a friends battery and the camera worked.

Mine is less than a year old so not happy.
