INDESIT 4200 - water in machine would not drain .

I have had it over 10 years and seem to be working well until recently when the water keeps collecting and the machine would not drain it away. When door opened the whole floor was flooded - what a mess it was - luckily have wood flooring but it was a job cleaning up plus all the smell and muck!!

Could it be a drainage problem with the pipes because I notice my washing machine is starting to collect some water underneath after completion of cycle.And for some unexplained reason even though I am not using the dishwasher anymore, water still collects everytime I use the washing machine.
