When you shut the over door there is still a gap at the top of door where it doesn't shut properly
The door should have an area where you can adjust the door, either on the bottom or sides where the screws/hinges are. By tightening or loosening the screws in the hinge it should adjust the doors fit. If that doesn't help there is also insulation seal that sometimes is incorrectly installed. Your door lock(s) could be stuck. There are several different parts that come into play here and it's hard to know what exactly you're seeing wrong. Have you tried your care book, the trouble shooting tips in the back or you can contact the manufacturer by either email or phone and explain your situation. If they installed it they need to come and fix it. If you could send a photo that would help a great deal.

Hi there.
Westinghouse have produced a modification which replaces the left and right door support channels in the front of the oven.
Call Ryan Nielson Spare Manager at Axial Appliance Servicing www.axial.co.nz
in Mt Wellington Auckland, and he can sell you the reinforced parts which cost me $27 for my oven.
I am replacing these channels myself this weekend as warranty no longer applies to our oven, but if yours is still under warranty I'd suggest that Axial will do the whole job.

Don't buy Bosh. This is a common problem with them and they are not interested in a fix (ie a thinner door seal would help or adjustment to springs...

lendebr is right...
Same problem here on combo microwave and convection oven. The hinges are a horribly wimpy design. Jenn air has a replacement part thats helps..but the replacment hinges will do the same thing in very short order. 1 month after I fixed ours my sister in law opened the oven door and let go of the door when it was about 2/3 open and that was all it took to tweak the new hinges so the door doesnt close all the way again. i should have clued in when the girl at Jenn air sent me three sets of replacement hinges. I thought it was a mistake..turns out she knew it wasnt going to fix it permanently.
The moral is that Jenn air appliances are POS and I will not ever buy anything from the again..But I will tell everyone I possibly can not to buy anything from them.

These hinges are now obsolete and you cannot get them anywhere. The poblem with this type of hinge is not with weak springs or anything like that, it is with the pivot pin in the door hinge. Follow these instructions and it will not cost you anything for the repair.
It is best to remove the oven from the housing. Remove both sides of the oven panels, you have to remove the top first, then the sides (remove about 20 screws all together). Support the bottom oven door first by tying a bit of string between the bottom and top oven door hand rails. This will stop the door falling down when you remove the springs. unhook the springs and the door will just slide out. (Use a loop of string attached to the back end of the spring to pull it from its holes.)
Dismantle the door by removing the screws. You will probably find that the the hinge pivot pins have come away from the U shaped hinge bracket. The secret is to make sure that these are fixed firm back into the bracket. What I did was to nip the U hinge bracket in a vice, (or use pliers) so that the pin will now protude slightly each side of the bracket. This allows more surface bearing area so the pin will not pull itself out of the hinge. To further make sure, I glued the ends of the pin with epoxy resin.
Then reassemble.
My door now feels like a new one even though it is 15 years old.
