Is this a problem? - you're very vague.
Red is right channel out; white is left channel out.

A disc changer is a low-voltage signal; it cannot drive speakers directly.
Connect the changer to the Line or Aux inputs on the back of your receiver. The receiver amplifies the weak signal to where it can drive the speakers. This should be covered in the receiver and the changer's documentation, too.
