The control lock light will not turn off and I can't wash a load of clothes
To unlock the controls select and hold END OF CYCLE SIGNAL for 3 seconds untill Control Locked status light turns off

we ended up holding the drain/spin button for a period of 15 or so seconds and the issue resolved.

take a good look on control panel i don't remember which button you should push and hold for 3 for 5 sec. to lock or unlock control panel (it also called child lock) let me know it help or not. thanks....

Press and hold "end of cycle" button for 3 seconds, on the right side
of panel. This is the child lock feature, do it again & it locks.

My dear friend this is an very common problem people do face with.
Press
and hold the "End of Cycle Signal" button for
approximately three seconds until the "Control Locked" indicator light
shuts off.
To unlock the controls
