my pc configration is:- windows xp professional,

plz tell me any third party tool or any some software for this.

Hello, it depends what the other networks has for OS. but good tools are the already inbuilt Remote Desktop. you find it in Windows XP, vista, w7.

the VNC is also a good tool you find it here

the best program that I use is Teamviewer.
if you install that you can reach your computers anyware from the world.
