Problem for Jamo DVR-50 System

I have a jamo 250 sub and dont know which coax input to use

i have a jamo 250 sub and dont know which coax socket i have to put the coax cable coming from the amp... one says left/LFE and the other says right (they are both inouts) do i use one or do i use both?

one will do just fine if you've tried one and its not working try to refer to manual on how to set up in the receiver function menus and if the sub is powered by an external amp which most are
