I am not able to start my phone N70, some time it get started and then hang on.. some time it doesnt start, just bright light coming and then not going forward... niethr getting switched off after that.. only getting switched off only after removing battery

hold these three button(greenbutton,* button & numeric 3) and switch on the phone
