THERE IS A SOLONIOD VALVE WHERE YOU CONNECT THE WATER SUPPLY. IN IT IS A FINE SCREEN THAT MAY BE STOPPED UP OR THE VALVE MAY BE BAD. ALSO TAKE THE COVER OFF THE ICEMAKER AND LOOK FOR A CAME WITH A SLOT IN IT. TAKE A SCREWDRIVER AND SLOWELY TURN TO THE RIGHT ( I THINK) AND SEE IF YOU HEAR THE VALVE COME ON AND WATER COMING INTO THE ICEMAKER.

There's a screen at the inlet to the water valve, might be plugged up. Most likely the case of you are getting a least a little water. Also, the water supply pressure to the unit might be low.
You can get to the screen right at the water valve inlet, it's right behind the brass hose connector on the blue water valve at the rear of the unit.

You wont have water until the thermostat is satisfied. If its not cooling you have another problem. Make sure your fan and compressor is running. If they are then you need a service tech to look at the sealed system. If the fan isnt running then that would turn the compressor off on overload. Then replace the fan.

You might of turn it off in mid cycle. You can check the icemaker ejector blade (fingers that push ice out) If thats not at 12 oclock you will have to manually advance it so it will be at 12 oclock position. Remove cover off icemaker. Just pull it off you might need to pry it on the corners to help it along. Becareful that you dont break the cover. When you have it removed you will see 2 gears. the smaller one should have a 5/16 head on it. Turn that counterclockwise to advance the ejectorblade back to 12 oclock. Once you have it in that position turn your unit back on and see what happens.
