I HAVE A NEW CANON PIXMA MP150 PRINTER. ONLY PRINTED ABOUT 60 SHEETS OF PAPER THROUGH IT AND NOW IT HAS STARTED TO HAVE JAMS. FIRST QUESTION, HOW DO I REMOVE OR CLEAR THE JAM? ON THE BOTTOM THERE IS A SMALL TORN SHEET OF PAPER THAT I CAN SEE AND CAN'T GET TO. SECONDLY, SHOULD I USE HEAVIER POUND OF PAPER IN THIS PRINTER? I PRESENTLY USE THE 20 POUND TYPE.
20 pound is the right paper, if you can't reach the paper scrap with tweezers or anything, you should take it to a Canon shop since you have a one year warranty. 1-800-OK Canon can tell you where the nearest shop is...
