My wife and I both have the same phone - Palm Treo 755p. After a few months, my wife was unable to adjust the volume (ringer volume or speaker volume) on her phone. I thought it was kind of funny until the same thing happened on my phone!
We've had these phones for less than six months.
Same here. happened with in a week of getting mine. and worse, the side button stopped working within 2 days.

after awhile on my treo, the side volume buttons didn't work either. i tried everything and can't figure it out
Same problem here. It's been this way for about 6 months and is annoying when something is too loud and you have to use software on the phone to lower the volume.
