Skullcandy double agents

The best advice I can give for you is to just call up Skull Candy or even better yet, just fill out the warranty information on their website if there is a defect with the headphones. When I called they were real easy to talk to and helped with me with what I needed in order to get a new pair of Double Agents. If they are less than 90 days old you can still get a new pair if you have a receipt when you send them in. If not they will still give you a 50% coupon off any of their product. Hopefully you registered your headphones when you bought them. They basically come with lifetime warranty, and Skull Candy is willing to work with you all the way through. Hope this helps.
