Was it leaking before changing the filter? It could be that the water valve in back is leaking a bit. Sometimes the valve gets a very small bit of grit in it and doesn't completely shut off. The way to tell is to remove the hose from the valve and see if water is dripping from it at the valve. If it isn't then maybe the water reservoir is partially frozen and causing a pressure build up in the reservoir. If this is the case the dripping should stop after a couple minutes. I would look at the valve.

On our GE refrigerator, water leaks out of the bottom of the frame for the water/ice dispenser and down the front of the freezer side door. What could be causing this?

Did you just recently change your water filter? you need to flush 3 gallons of water out of it when changing the filter. if there is air in the line it'll drip constantly. If your ice door isnt closing all the way and properly sealing that also could be a source of water dripping. do you have a low of "Snowy" frost inside your freezer door at the ice dispenser shute?

Drip it don't drop it

The popularity of Drip Irrigation Systems has been rising in the past years. It is true that this method of irrigation is usually a bit more expensive than sprinklers and isn't as resistant on the long run, but on the other hand the water saving and the system's efficiency definitely make it worth it. So why not giving it a try?

First of all, this system waters plants and flowers more slowly and the water goes straight to the roots, so no water goes to waste.

Moreover, it requires to be activated with less frequency than sprinklers.
In most countries it's one day of irrigation every week during the winter, two days during spring and fall and three during the summer.

Did you get one yet?
If you did here are two basic suggestions to start and keep up a satisfying drip irrigation system.

1. In order to figure out how long to leave it running, you can measure how much water your emitter produces and according to that and your plant's needs, set the system's timer.
So take a spoon and measure how many seconds the system takes to fill it up.
14 seconds = 1 gph (gallon per hour)
7 seconds = 2 gph
4 seconds = 4 gph
If your system is of the first kind, producing 1gph, usually you should leave it running for about 90 minutes, if it's the second (2gph) for about 60 minutes and if the third (4gph) for about 30 minutes.
(If your plants require a higher-flow emitter you can get one that produces up to 20 gph and leave it for about 12 minutes each watering.)

2. In order to keep your drip irrigation system in good shape check its line periodically for breaks, or its emitters for clogs.
Make sure that each emitter releases the right amount of water.
Also you should flush the drip irrigation lines and filters about twice each year. You can do this by uncapping the end cap on the drip line and letting water flush through the line.

Good luck!

Clogged fuel filter

you must have an extreme amount of rust and sediment in your gas tank. you probably need to drain it completely and flush it out. I wouldn't use water to flush it as it will just cause more rust.

MY IMPALA 2007 LT IS LEAKING OIL GASKET WAS REPLACED TWO MONTHS BACK IT HAD BEEN FINE BUT JUST YESTERDAY OIL PRESSURE LOW SENSOR CAME ON & NOW I NOTICE IT'S HAVING A SLOW WATER DRIP PROBLEM AS

Yes or a small bypass hose. You may be able to get a loan of a tester at autozone, oreilys, or advance autoparts. You want a radiator pressure tester. Do not exceed the cap rated pressure. When the engine is warm, you can add pressure and look for water seepage.

There are also chemicals to add to detect leaks if the first method is unsuccessful.

Cub 1550 with kohler courage. Runs fine and then loses power, runs erratic and starts to backfire. Cleaned carb and fuel pump and ran fine for 30 minutes and then problem started again. When this occurs,...

Replace fuel filter after cleaning tank thouroughly, to clean tank remove fuel line at carb. Drain all fuel then leave line loose until you flush tank with carb. Cleaner then blow out tank with compressed air. Now install new fuel filter and check your fuel can for trash and water better yet just add fresh fuel.

Water in Keurig single cup coffeemaker was very low--started it too soon & ran out; added water but still won't flow more than a drip or two

Make sure there is water before you do all this. Unplug it from power wait 1 minute plug it back in. Open and close the coffee holder, wait a few seconds, press any of the brewers. Basically reset the whole system.

Water leaking at filter

If this is a Pure source 2 filter in the upper right hand side of fridge, Purchase an Electrolux filter bypass, P/N 241944302. This is a empty cartridge that lets water flow without water drip when filter is clogged. Fridgidaire/Electrolux made no bypass in these filters, so when clogged they leak. Plus they NEVER last more than about 30/60 days. If you use the bypass, you will need a separate filter elsewhere such as in water line under sink or behind fridge. Call me at 816-560-8545 if you need more info.
