Final way it is if you will format c: then re install your window.. then you will see your log folder . you can access without password...
its a final way only.......

The only way you can do is reset your phone by typing *2767*3855# on you home screen,this will format your phone and erase everything stored on your phone including the password.

If your phone data files is too important,it can be retrieve by reading/resetting the phone by the use of gsm gadget,it this will be possible if your bring it to a mobile service shop near you.

Once you forget the password of your memory card, its difficult to recover the data from without opening it. So to do that, just approach a nearby mobile phone shop and ask the person to flash your memory card. Also ask him to take a back up of the card as you have important data in it. He will tell you whether he can take a back up of it or not. My sincere advice is not to have the memory card inserted when you are updating phone software from next time.

You have to choose the simple way to remove the password in your , Follow the steps below...

Insert the memory card into the card reader or any mass storage device into your computer

• go to the file <memorycard>:/system then find the file "mmc store".and rename the file to "mmcstore.txt" (Hidden file should be made as shown from tools->Folder option->Show hidden files)
• Now open the file in notepad ,
• No you will see the password.

Some times it happens that you forgot the password of your memory card and you have lots of your important data in your phone.
