After you connect one phone. go into phone settings and turn off bluetooth. go to second phone open bluetooth options. not put your h710 into pairing mode. once paired, go back to original phone, turn bluetooth setting back on, and both devices are now paired.

Where can I get a free download for the installer of my Motorola H710 Bluetooth headset

I don't think it comes with an installer. Instead, follow these instructions from eHow.com

1. Charge the headset for two hours before attempting to pair it.
2. Set the headset into pairing mode by opening the microphone. It will automatically go into pairing mode if it is the first time you are using the headset.
3. Set your phone into discovery mode by opening your Bluetooth settings and choosing to "Add" or "Search" for new devices.
4. Choose "Motorola H710" from the list of devices and enter the passkey, "0000," to complete the setup.

Hello Steve. This is a common problem with the H710, with no available explanation. I recommend that you take the bluetooth and your phone into the phone store where you bought the bluetooth and have the technician there check it out. Joe
