Google offer many solution to validating your account
if you fail to get into it there will be an option to recover your login details direct from google.. I recommend to keep your detail safe and always deal with the service provider in this case Google when requesting help for login. you could put yourself at risk by asking others who my not be so honest.
Turn of anti-virus and user accounts, should fully install. This needs to be done just for installation. You can use accpounts ans anti-virus thereafter!!
