Question about AT&T Cell Phones
I have locked my phone up with trying to put in a pin and I don't know
If its the phone lock that you set and cant remember not the PIN lock then you will need to contact Samsung customer care to see if there is a work around. With alot of the newer phones you can do a master reset to change to the default its just getting to the master reset page! If you go to the www.samsung.com page and go to contact us you can either email them or call them to get some help with this. If the phone is showing SOS only PUK blocked then you have blocked the sim card and will need to purchase a new one. They can be purchased at any store and will reset to the default SIM lock code. Thanks Kindly rate fixya Kevin
