Get a power supply for VO47L

Need the two relays on the power supply board for this set. Also how much is a complete power supply module

SOURCE: No Sound, No Picture

I had the same issue on my Vizio and fortunately it was still covered by the Costco extended warranty from where I purchased my tv. The service tech came out yesterday with a power supply and main board which is what I understand is usually the issue with your and my symptoms. He replaced both boards although he felt the issue was in the main board 3647-0072-0150 and not the power supply. Tv is working just fine now and actually may be even a little clearer after the board switch. I understand you can purchase the boards and from what I've seen the tech do, it is no more difficult to replace than if you were building a computer if you are comfortable with that. The most time consuming part of the repair was removing and replacing the screws.

it is best to replace caps with the same temperature rating. Are you saying the new capacitor blew as well?

Sounds like Back - light problem. Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis.

Hello,

Does the Vizio standby light come on when you plug the set in the wall? If it does, most likely your main board is shot. If it doesn't, I would suspect a power supply fault!

When I plugin the two relais on the power supply will swich on and off permanently ! Does anybody have an idea which board can cause this problem
It's hard to pull teeth over the net, however, I would suspect the power supply panel first. You can disconnect the inverter module and see if you get sound back. If its a high end set then the power supply will detect what you have done and not let the set start up completely but you will notice a change in the relay cycle. That will tell you that there's a short on the inverter board.

I heard small pop then lost power while watching my lg 50pg20. No red or blue lights on the power switch. What could be wrong?
you are describing a power supply defect. IT may be as simple as the main fuse. I believe the one in this set is a 6.5 amp located on the ps board right by cord connection. IF after replacing the fuse opens a second time you will need to replace the power board.

I have a 32" lcd, it is getting power but has no picture and no sound. It will power up, but u have to unplug to turn it off. Any ideas???? Help
It sounds like the 5v standby circuit is working but the main controller board is having problem sending the signal to turn ON and OFF the mainpower supply circuits that supply the power to the rest of the set.
