This message and something about re-connecting to my computer to renew track licenses is a constant problem that prevents me from really enjoying my mp3 player. The message window shows that these are "errors", with a triangular sign and exclamation mark (!) on top of the triangle. I've called India a zillion times. They walk me through the fix-- then the same problem shows up the next time I try to load on any of my playlists.
This inability to transfer tracks to my device is especially vexing during those times just after Rhapsody has siphoned off my cash each month for the subscriber's fee.
Totally frustrated and ready to chuck both Rhapsody as well as my Sansa device. Satellite radio is looking better and better each day...
Any thoughts out there for a permenant solution to this problem???
(short of backing over my device with my car?)
