Nokia phones are notorious for slow response time when recharging from a completely dead battery.
Make sure there is good contact between all of the contact points.
plug in charger.
wait for at least 5 min.
If recharge symbol does not appear in window, then one of these things has occurred: 1. Phone has internal damage or water damage. no way to fix without nokia service.
2. Battery is dead. Try a new battery
3. Charger is bad. Try a new/different car charger or home charger.
These chargers are very inexpensive on Craigs List, try to solve it before throwing away the phone. Good luck, A former Nokia employee.
Either the charger plug in to your phone is mad, your phone connecter for the charger plug in is insane, or your battery is crazy. Try finding out while you charge, but your phone's dead then you'll have to ask the person you bought from to help you check, or else since there's no battery you can't really find out which fault it is.
Where you connect your charger there is a loose connection there, what i can tell you for your phone to stay alive is just buy an universal charger it is not expensive, you put your battery in then after charging replace it in your phone and the problem is solve .
One. The battery is dead. check and change.
two. The charger is bust. check and change. If the phone runs on the charger plugged in then charger is fine.
three. both one and two. check and change.
four. If dropped or thrown around however softly, the charging circuit broken. go to Nokia Care.
I bought Nokia 7373 on ebay, not unlocked, my mistake! So after a lot of searching I found firstname.lastname@example.org, PIN and PUK numbers usually come into play if you enter something the phone doesn't like, so I suggest you email them they charge £3.99, they need to know IMEI code and provider model and make, seems to me you have those, then £3.99 credit card or paypal and they unlock. If they cannot do this they refund your money. I discovered Nokia 7373 needs BB5 cable, but it may be different for you. Good luck
Did you replace battery recently? Sounds like it has bad or wrong battery. If not, it is just dead.
To fix: Power up phone on charger While it is ON, pull the battery Leave out for 1/2 to 3hr - phone still plugged in Replace Battery, phone will power cycle and start charging Leave plugged into charger 10-14hrs Should be good now
