Fan works, light doesn't - replacing lamp doesn't help. Suspect electrical problem. Is it fixable and cost effective?

Diane,
Your bulb socket has probably burned out. As far as being cost effective, that would depend on whether you could find a new socket and how much someone would charge to put it in if you were not wanting to try yourself.

Will a RD427E Remote work with the WT610 Projector

If the set-up code list have codes for WT610, it should work. If you wish to get more; check the sites linked here. It has set-up code list & set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. See it in "Mosaic" or "Magazine" view. It will make surf easier. Do a search by type in the brand name of your device at its search box.

I have WT610 and I tried reset and holding 3D to access Cornerston/keystone for 3 seconds. What am I doing wrong shows up in menu as light gray choices in options.

Hi,

I am sorry, i didn't get the question completely. Which options are you trying to access?

Are you trying to clear the cornerstone screen?

If not, read page 107.

You need to have acrobat reader to view the file.

Let me know,if needed further assistance.

Power light flashin orange, status light flashing red on WT610 NEC

if the status light is flashing .5 seconds on and 2.5 seconds off - you need to replace the lamp cover correctly.
if the status light is flashing .5 seconds on and .5 seconds off in 2 - 6 cycles the error is: 2 cycles - the projector is overheated. Move the projector to a cooler location, or/and remove dust in the light path. 3 cycles - the power unit is not working correctly. 4 cycles - the fans are not working correctly 5 cycles - lamp fails to light. Wait a full minute and then turn on again.

Pink shade more in NEC WT-610 PROJECTOR

Using the on screen menu, check the hue or wall color settings. [Hue]
Varies the color level from +/- green to +/-blue. The red level is used as reference. This adjustment is only valid for
Video, Component and TV standard inputs (not valid for RGB and DVI digital).

Using the Wall Color Correction [Wall Color]
This function allows for quick adaptive color correction in applications where the screen material is not white.
The following nine options are available.
• OFF • Blackboard
• Blackboard (Gray) • Light yellow
• Light green • Light blue
