The batteries are probably done. It may show charge, but older batteries will not hold a charge for very long. Walmart is a good place to buy scooter and wheelchair batteries.

SOURCE: my victory 4 mobilty wont charge the green light is very faint/the charger was tested working.so why wont my scooter charge

make sure battery cables are secure at battery terminals and clean.how old are the batteries. If the batteries run down fast they are no good.a good way to test them is put scooter against some thing solid and go forward. If the battery indicator drops to o the batteries are no good.It takes about 10 hours to charge the batteries

Charger lights are both green when plugged into electricity

First, I would clean the connections with the eraser of a pencil. Just rub the metal connections, try to get as much surface as you can.
USUALLY, its the lights themselves as long as you can charge. But, Im thinking you dropped it, and Id recommend you get a new charger. Another thing to try is get a voltage tester. But more than likely, get a new one. If you did drop it, the voltage regulation will be inbalanced and can cause a fire. As I do not know the make model of your scooter, check Amazon for the voltage and amps of the SAME brand of charger as your scooter.

I turn on my razor E300 the lights comes on to say its on but dont work i plug my charger in and on the chager the green light comes on saying its full charged what could b the prblem ?

The green light will come on if the charger does not sense a low battery. In other words, if you plug it into the wall, and not the scooter, it will still show the green light. It will only show a low charge (and charge the battery) if it is completely connected completing the circuit. My guess is that the battery is dead, and the plug is not all the way connected. Also, I believe the scooter has to be turned off to charge.

My husbands Daytona 4 just started having this charging problem

I'm afraid your batteries have expired. They will show full voltage but the Amps are not being replenished.

MY scooter battery needs recharged and I plugged it in and it indicatied it was fully charged and it wasnt. So I bought a new charger and that is showing the same thing. I dont know what to do next. The...

Has the scooter been stored unused for a while? If so, the batteries may have gone solid from improper maintenance. There is a gel inside the batteries that needs to have current run through it at least once a week to keep them fluid. The charger is showing a green light because it senses the batteries are full, but instead of being full of power, they are full of crud and need to be replaced again. If the batteries have been properly charged but you still cannot get power, check all your connections to make sure they are tight and that your fuses are not blown.
Good luck!
