Why do I keep getting bulk messages and after I delete them the same ones come right back , im deleting over 300 emails a day ..... The same ones !... Any idea how to fix this [email protected]

These bulk messages are because of your known/unknown subscription. It is very easy to remove them forever, open a mail and right under it is a line
'if You Do Not Wish To Receive This Mail click Here'
And you can go to the website and cancel the subscription.

You should be able to get them back from the deleted items folder on yahoo mail. It is usually listed by your inbox/sent items. If you deleted them from the deleted items folder, then there is no way to recover them.

A: The 'Deleted Items' folder contains the email messages deleted from your other folders. It is recommended that you empty the 'Deleted Items'folder from time to time, to avoid the build up of old and unnecessary email, which may slow down your email environment.

To empty the 'Deleted Items' folder, simply right-click the folder and select 'Empty 'Deleted Items' Folder'. If the 'Deleted Items' folder is not emptied, please follow these steps:

Where are all my deleted messages? Only 7 showing in Trash and none in Deleted Messages
In Yahoo Mail:
  1. Click Trash.
    - Your Trash folder's contents appear to the right.
  2. Select any messages you would like to save.
  3. Click Move.
    - A pop-up with your folder list displays.
  4. Click the folder you want to move the messages to.
Your selected emails move to the folder you indicated.

Not seeing emails in your Trash? Yahoo Mail regularly empties the Trash folder. Once it's been emptied, they're permanently deleted from the Yahoo Mail servers.

In the Apple Mail app, Control-Click on the email and select Delete.

To delete multiple emails: Shift-Click on each email until all are selected. Then Control-Click on one of the selected emails and select Delete and that are selected will be deleted.

What happens when I archive or delete a message?
2fc3e7ebca00a83809375c4e51c9b1bd5f3c Archive removes the message from your Inbox but keeps it in your account so that you can find it later.
52d35e0530874b7e970ee7ece8fdfb242d6b Delete moves the message to the Trash where it will be permanently deleted from your account after 30 days. Messages deleted from Trash can't be recovered.
Gmail gives you plenty of storage space, so if you think there's a chance you'll need the message later, just archive it.

Go to messages in the menu, go to delete all, then you can delete either the entire inbox, the entire outbox (sent messages), all messages, etc.
