One of them is still under extended warranty, and it will be replaced however the other one is not under warranty and the web page doesn't list its serial as defective but when I called they said it was affected by the motherboard problem.

Re: Both of my DV9000s are down
It sounds like HP records of you pc is not accurate. sometimes It could be a glitch on their computer system. So your best bet is to keep calling them and talk to a manger or supervisor until something is done. If note you might as well buy a new laptop because fixing the motherboard might cost you as much as a new laptop.

what is your warranty, 3/36,000? It should still be under warranty, and you should be able to buy an extended warranty when you are close to your current factory warranty runs out-but if you maintain your vehicle with things like oil changes, never let it run low on gas, never allow it to overheat, and do routine maintenance like transmission services, antifreeze replacement, etc, extended warranties are rarely helpful-----------------but you know your car, and your ability to take care of it. Generally speaking, for the cost of what the give you, I think they are a waste of money.
hi,hoping that the cable connections are right(check the cable connections once again).....
Sounds like you may have a problem with the video driver boards? I would call up the store where you bought it and ask for a new set or service on this one.
More than likely this is a bad display (lcd screen) the drivers in the lcd display have some problem......
the tv is just a month old so you are still under the warranty period.......
just contact the sony outluet where you purchased or the manufacturer for servicing of tv
Is your phone under warranty or extended warranty? If so take it to the cellular providers store and get a replacement. I have had to do that on many occasions with touchscreens and I always get the extended warranty.
if you have received a console from microsoft after a repair and it is still faulty or receives a fault then it will be covered by them as they originally repaired it when it was under warranty and your warranty will not be affected in any way as they will have it on there system to say the console is owned by you and still under warranty from a previous console or you will receive a full warranty as it is a new console
Try to connect the monitor to the VGA-output port of some other desktop or notebook computer. If it does not work, then it needs repair or replacement. If the monitor still under warranty:
* standard 1-year warranty from Gateway
* extended warranty that you may have purchased from Gateway
* extended warranty that some credit-cards offer for items purchased with that card
* extended warranty that you may have purchased from the retailer
If not, it's probably cheaper to replace a 15" or 17" or 19" monitor
that it would be to try to repair it.
I would try a genuine sony replacement lamp. There are some reputable sellers on ebay selling them for a couple hundred dollars...Oh also, you say your TV is under warranty?
If it is under Sony's factory 1 year warranty, I would call them direct. If your on some sort of extended warranty plan, through a 3rd party company, tell them you want the genuine sony bulb. Put up a fight, and if that doesnt work, read the fine print for your 3rd party warranty. My extended 3rd party warranty states that if the TV fails 3 times during the extended warranty period, they will replace it with a new one as per their "Lemon" policy.
