have the voltage of the regulator output measured, start from the diode
right after the chopper of the main regulator with the 200v capacitor
near to it. whatever voltage you get will determine the status of your
horizontal deflection circuits. if no voltage at all check for a
shorted horizontal output transistor. if you will have a reading of at
least 120V have the entire pins of the flyback re-soldered, and check
for cold solder joints. if you will be getting a reading of 80V you
have a partially shorted flyback transformer.
