Question about Western Digital Essential NetCenter (WDXE2500JBN)
I have a 500 gb Netcenter and the amber and blue light is flashing around the power button... I didn't find anything on the WD website about this light flashing... I can't access datas but able to reach the web page on the os in Netcenter... but can't find a solution???

The alternating flashing between the inner and outer blue rings means the drive is currently in Raid Degraded mode per KB article 1480. You will need to have your drive serviced. If you are able to access the device's Shared Storage Manager you should find a Drive Status: Drive (A or B) failed. If you can access it, you might be able to re-create the raid by replacing the bad drive (they're labeled A and B internally with a sticker so you'll know which one to replace) -- it's generally recommended that you first go through the warranty process though:
KB Article 915 and KB Article 8 will start you on the RMA process.
