How doI fix error code E000014-000 on canon copier ir3300
E014 is strain on the fuser motor. Is the lower roller cleaning roller clean? A build up of waste toner on it and could be sticky/tacky and causing friction. Take it out and clean it or replace it.

Could try MMI clear to reset user settings to factory default. In Service Mode go to Copier > Function > Clear > MMI
Then press ok.
To get into Service Mode Additional Functions (has * on it) > 2, 8 > Additional Functions.

Unplug printer and repower it.
what you need to do is just resetting your machine.
1. Press * 28 * on your machine in a quick move.
2. Select copier
3. Select Err.
4. Select Clear then press O.K
5. Turn your machine off for 1 minute and turn it on again.
The error code will not be there anatmoreand your machine will be functioning well.
