Toshiba e25 Call for service

Just changed the fuser assembly on Toshiba e25. Used Toshiba brand product. Worked fine for a while when the "Call for service" was displayed. After shuting off sometime it take a long time for the warming up and then it "reboots" and restart the warm up process. After this happens it end up displaying the Call for service again.

It took several tries but a C41 error code came up.
By the way, I did remove the power outlet before replacing the fuser assembly. Could this be a short or bad connection?
    Thanks for your assistance.

By the way, when I start it up, I doubt the fuser assembly is actually warming up.

Well it gets curious. I found out that C41 had 3 possible problems one being the thermal fuse. So I took the Thermal fuse out of the new fuser assembly and replaced it with the thermal fuse from the old fuser assembly. Worked ok for about 10 minutes and the got the call for service message again. This error was C44 which I think is an abnormal temperature problem but I don't know where to go.
I cleared the error code and the recycling of warm up is happening again. What do you suggest?

Press and hold "clear" and "8" buttons at the same time. This will dislpay an error code. What is the code?

Error E000

Since you listed error code E000, I assume you are talking about a Canon copier. The fuser assembly failed to heat up and the code needs to be reset in service mode. If the code cannot be reset , you need a new fuser or parts for the fuser unit. Always list the Brand and model to receive the most complete answer.

Ricoh Aficio SP 4210N- Code SC 543

This is a common error code for Ricoh copiers, Savin and Gestetner copiers that need service. Recently Ricoh has purchased Lanier and now is naming all their new machines Lanier instead of Gestetner, Savin and Ricoh. However, the copier service error codes have remained he same.
When you get this copier printer service code it means the fuser or fixing assembly (same part) has thermistor problem. The copier fuser's thermistors help regulate the temperature of the fuser assembly. The fuser assembly on all copiers including Canon, Kyocera, Ricoh, Sharp and other brands is the part that melts the toner onto the page.
Getting back to the repairing the copier on Ricoh, Savin, Lanier and Gestetner models that have the fuser or fixing code error. The majority of the time the fusers' thermistors (Middle and read) need to be replaced. Just cleaning them will not solve the copier repair service code.
It is usually, depending upon the machine, its a 1 to 2 hour copier repair job because the copier repair service technician will need to dissemble the fuser, insert the two new thermistors, re-assemble, reset the error code and test the copier machine repair. Also, ask the copier technicians to to do a copier cleaning maintenance while on site.

I have hp laserjet cp5525 when i switch on printer it display 50.20.00 fuser error

Low fuser temperature and fuser warm-up failure
Items 1 and 2 you should be able to do.
If printer is still under warranty...use it. Call HP.

Remove and then reseat the fuser. Make sure there is no residual paper in the fuser. Make sure the
device is not located in front of a vent or window where cool air may interfere with the ability of
the fuser to heat up.
Check the product power source. Make sure the power source meets product requirements. Make
sure this is the only device using the circuit.
Replace the fuser.
If the error persists, replace the low-voltage power supply.
If this product has been previously serviced, check the connector (J131) on the DC controller PCA
and the connectors (J109 and J110) on the power line between the low-voltage power supply
assembly and the fuser.

Printer will not power on. Electric outlet checks

Without knowing your skill level, your best solution is to get a repair tech on site.

I would suspect that the power supply is shot. If you can get to it easily, verify the power in voltage and then the power out voltage.

However, there are many possible causes, for example, on the IBM copiers I used to service there was w fuser overtemp sensor and a fuser lamp fuse. If either of them opened, then the same failure would present itself.

I must mention that I have not worked on an IBM Copier for about 20 plus years but the design of products such as copiers demand safety cut-offs.

Well I Have BAD NEWS !!!!!!!!!!!
this error code indicates the your fuser is no good
and needs to be rebuilt - or this is what we would do , and this error indicates that your fuser isn't warming up to it could be a thermistor ,lamp or a thermo fuse. I would have the fuser rebuilt entirely this problem just doesn't happen with out Fuser wear and tear.
your welcome to call us if your in the Ct area. Make sure you tell the Service Company
( Toshiba independant or authorized like our self doesn't matter make sure he rebuilts the fuser assembly.

H-3 error code in a Sharp ARC260m

The analog Sharp copiers used the crop code (clear, repeat, zero, pause).  Once the digital models came out the rules changed.  Sim 14 was for the analog copiers as well.
A good resource to get the answers you need is  They have Sharp copier technicians on there who can help you with the problem.  Unfortunately I only work on the low end Sharp models (for their product line).  The service codes are different on that machine. Copytechnet is a free service and they only deal with copiers.
