Re: picture

Was told that it has to do with your power adapter, are you using the original adapter?

Re: picture

How many MHz does your TV support? check that it is set up right in your wii settings.... If you can see enough to be able to do that! Try it on another TV and see if you get the same problem. Hope this helps

At the bottom of my PSP screen theres a bar going across that keeps flickering. Any ideas on how to fix this?

This line means that the screen ribbon has been damaged, you will need a new screen to fix this.

My sound is coming through, but the picture is not. I'm getting a black screen with small white dots in a grid that will move together slowly across the screen. Other systems work on the tv and will work...

That's a bad sign . Ok you got horizontal line made out of dots scrolling across the screen. and strobeing (flickering) I have seen this only once and it was after I tryed to recover a Microsoft 2 rework box that had 1 red . after re-flowing the G.P.U the unit powered up sounded normal but I got the same thing that you described. So then after re-flowing the G.P.U. again then the C.P.U and H.A.N.A . still the same out come no change . When I check the composite video on my scope the video signal was unstable . it may have been the crystal . I'm not sure , I just put it back together and told the customer that " Microsoft had tryed twice and failed this looks to be a Xxbox" . After consoling him I sold him a replacement and that seemed to cheer him up.

If you find out what was wrong please let me know sorry this was not much of a solution.

E73 on xbox 360

This problem was a MASSIVE defect in the Xbox 360. Your graphic chip has been burned to an extent that renders it useless. "The Red Ring of Death" can only be fixed by calling Microsoft, and having your Xbox sent in. But not to worry, because of the RR of D, Microsoft issued a 3 YEAR warrenty to all Xboxs with that problem, so your covered!

Freezing, and screen has weird bright-coloured patterns.

try letting it rest, PS3's do not all cool depending on where they are. some have a cooling fan, but others dont. if you let it rest for a day it may stop.

PS3 having problems

try resetting the display (although I don't know if this will help you but worth a shot), press and hold down the power button on the front of the machine until you hear 2 beeps.

Also make sure that all your leads are pushed in fully and you have nothing within range that can distort your picture. (for example if my son uses his remote control car my screen goes flickered, if my neighbour turns on their mower same garbled screen again)

I hope this helps

Xbox 360 flickers across screen

it is your av cable however the components in the cable get a small static boost when u are using your controller so it becomes an intermittent fault ie;....when in game vidios or watching dvds, u rarely use the controller so u dont see the flickering and u only see it when in game play because u are in constant contact with the controlls and the components inside the av cable recieve a small static boost causing the interference.
