I'm trying to download a new antivirus program but it keeps saying that it can't download until I get rid of Webroot Spy Sweeper. I don't remember ever downloading that and I can't find it anywhere on my computer in order to uninstall it!

Download spyware blaster, spybot search & destroy and spyware detector. Run them and then you will PROBABLY have to run a registry cleaner. If you have spyware on your computer, it could just be hidden in the registry.
