if i plug in the camera it comes up unknown usb, and i have deleted lifecam from the laptop as it wasnt finding the camera. Now it wont let me download it again, i had also lost the disk for it.

Hi there,
This is simply a driver problem, all u need to do is browse google for the driver software.
If you want suppy me the make and modle of your camera and i can look for the software for you.
