You will have many issues doing this, the best way is to create a barcode with all this info in it. Its normal to have 1 or 2 post amble events but not that many.
Hello Severiano,
this can be done automatically, just by scanning three programming barcodes. Please follow the steps in the attached document.

your scanner bed is the same one for photo copies.
insert medium to be scanned in the same way you would place somthing in for copy.
then on your pc you should be able to use the scan funtion it should show up as a device or be in the functions list for your printer.
once you see it you can define where the finised scans should be stored, e.g. my pictures etc.
and in which format and size. usually you can have a preview of the scan and view it to see that the image is in the correct place etc.
You need to control the scanner through your PC with canon software that came with your scanner otherwise you cant scan anything..first open the printer/scanner software ,select scanner, then place your document and command "scan" from the software. Good luck, do rate the solution if helped
try this link and if you have vista or greater you will have to run it as administrator and in compatibility mode with windows xp service pack2 option enabled... if thats not the driver then goto driverguide.com
Most word processing programs (microsoft office, open office, corel) have Import funtions. Have her open a word processing program and under "Insert" select "Picture". The next option should be from file or scan (twain). Select 'Scan". She may be directed to select the "Twain" device where she'll select her Epson All in One. Upon selecting her scanner, it should scan her document right into the word processing program. Have her save it as a picture or publish as a .pdf file. Once saved, she can email the file. Hope this helps you and your friend. Best of luck! Greg
You have to set-up the barcode scanner in the manual. The most common mistake is not scanning the "host" option. The scanner default is "no host" It will not work until you enable the appropriate "host" option by scanning that particular barcode. Read the manual. Contact the Honeywell Help Desk (they bought Metrologic)
It depends on whether you are using a keyboard wedge or a serial connection. Use 123Scan or MCL to make a change to the ADF file that tells the scanner what to do. Then you will have to upload the file to the scanner.
Appending an "Enter" to a scanned bar code (Keyboard Wedge connection)
Scanned bar code data 04843100Criteria 1 Code type = Any Criteria 2 Code Length = Any Length Action 1 Send all that remains Action 2 Send Value Keycode = 7013 <Enter> (String field must be empty)
Output after ADF rule 04843100<Enter>
Note: To have an ADF rule applied to all scanned bar codes, leave the criteria unspecified (Code Type = Any and Code Length = Any Length).
Appending a "Carriage Return Line Feed" to a scanned bar code (serial connection)
Scanned bar code data 04843100
Criteria 1 Code type = Any Criteria 2 Code Length = Any Length Action 1 Send all that remains
Action 2 Send Value String = \0D\0A
Note: Keycode value is ignored when string field is populated.
Output after ADF rule 04843100<Carriage Return Line Feed>
This solution does not work. On MAc there is no way to use this scanner. Canon sucks!!! There was no info about supported os on the box. It is just unfair to sell products without providing drivers for users.
