If you are talking about how to connect the power cord to the dryer. the following link explains:

This is US Standard wiring code. Just follow the wire color codes and remember NOT to ground the Neutral (WHITE) wire in a four wire configuration. If you are in another country, please let me know. If this isn't the wiring you are talking about, also let me know. I hope this helps you.
