The acer one shuts off while opening windows

the acer one aspire shuts off while opening windows I have only had it for 3months. I currently cant use. It wont finish opening windows. what should I do. Is this a hardware problem?

The laptop would still be under warranty, take it back to where you purchased it and get it repaired or replaced. If you try to repair it yourself you will void your warranty.
