i can hear a weird buzzing noise every time i have my volume up my friend told me it was because i had a play and charge kit in so i tried batteries and it still didnt work

i had this problem also. Its the wire that connects from your headset to the controller. To replace this, go to www.turtlebeach.com and look under accessories and go to replacement parts for the x3. If thats not the problem, idk what else it could be
