They were nice sets in their day. My dad had one in the 1960s. You will need a vintage radio repair engineer as the fault could be anywhere. They do still exist and Telefunken has a link to them.
See the bottom of this page for Photofact service manuals with schematics for additional Telefunken models imported to the U.S. manufactured after 1945.
The Internet, though, has a large number of web sites where
you can buy service manuals and schematics from bookstores,
publishers, and other collectors. Here is just a sampling of
what sites are out there

Wondering if that may be the serial number that you have quoted. Most Westinghouse radios that I have been able to find are allocated model numbers as WRXXX If it has a solid state rectifier then it will be post war vintage at least.
Are there any other identifying marks on the radio?
I assume you have already checked out cbtricks..... they have about 20 or so teabery schematics/mods and whatever there.... possible they don't have yours.
I have a bunch of old Sams photo fact manuals around the shop here.... all of the Sams I have are all old radios... mostly tube. So there is a chance I might have a Sams photofact that has your model in it.
So if your really stuck.... I might be able to take a look what we have here and scan a copy for ya.
I'll take a quick look on line at a few schematic website I use regularly and see if I can find a pdf for your radio.
If your really stuck ... I can look through those sams we have here .
Let me know.
