Question about Roomba Robotic Floor Bagless Vacuum

1 Answer

4210 had got a melted plastic brushholder after warrantee expired

The round brush holder with square hole for brush melted, causing death of beloved f*****g roomba.
I sent for replacement brush holder part, husband tried to remove nonfunctional brush holder unit, no luck.
No repair manual available at iRobot, husband stymied how to replace defective unit (5" x 9" yellow thingy that hinges at back, left & right edges).
It has 2 wires, one of which goes down under a grey plate & back up inside.
Unreachable without dismantling the whole damn machine.
I'm 70 on the 13th and get to cuss now.
I have looked all over internet for repair manual & queried iRobot for where to get one,
Any ideas, or are we just dumb senior citizens, got screwed again?????

I assume by now you have either found the manual or have purchased a new Hoover. Nevertheless, here are some links. Try the YouTube Video--the real value is found in the RESPONSES to the original video. (See RESPONSES to the video)
