First off make sure that your powre cable is securely plugged into your printer and into the wall. If the printer still doesnt turn on then try to plug it into a different wall socket, as the socket could be 'dead'.

An error occurs each time I try to do a head alignment. My printing is streaky. I have cleaned the heads and done nossle check - it prints ok but then when I try to print a document it is steaky again.
