- If you bought a new player from the store in original box, there should have been a user manual and a mini CD hidden in a box under the player. It might be little difficult to notice that ;-)

- Dear amitdobbur,

there are three thinks to consider,

1) Did you find the original conversion program, VideoConverter_V2.9 from the mini CD? I haven't tested any another converters, so I don't know how those will work.
2) Did you use size 160x128 on your conversion? If not, change it.
3) An another think to fix is the mode that you use to play the video in player. Make sure that you use Video mode.

I had some problems at the beginning with my own Mitone player and I contacted the store in which I bought the player. At least them were very helpful. If you remember the place you bought yours, contact them.
