My kenmore side by side w/ ice maker is working

my kenmore side by side w/ ice maker is working fine ... the problem is defrost builds up and the ice fall out on to the floor . cant use the crush ice because of the frost build up . what is it ?.

Air leaking in around the door gasket or the door flam the ice comes out of.
