Question about Whirlpool 24 in. ADP5966 Free-standing Dishwasher
My dishwasher starts out fine, but after appr. 45 minutes it stops and shows error F3.
When I open everything seems to be okay, except it hasn't finished (no water in the bottom or anything like that), but the soapdispenser is still closed.
I do not know if these incidents are connected, but the first time it happened we came home and one of the relays had gone out (electricity to the kitchen plus more).
I hope someone can help me. :-)
I assume it is most likely the heater element has failed, or wire connections from the control board to the heater have frayed (in the door hinge), or to a lower probability a fault in the PCB or thermister

F3 error fault code
The heating cycle is not working. The error is indicated after several electronic checks are done over a 25 minute period. Therefore if the heater heats too slowly or the heater is open circuit or indeed the electronic control PCB is defective, each of these will indicate F3. The twist is, if the NTC is fluctuating in its reading it also can indicate F3 and not F1.
