Question about Pit SSR 110CC Pro Beginner Bike
I would have to guess and this is only a guess that it is the sound of the clutch slipping. It may be in need of adjustment as that even new stuff can be messed up. I would say that it is not fully engaging and allowing it to slip that is why you are getting the noise when letting out on the clutch and when throttling. I would think that you should be able to adjust it yourself try finding and adjustment on the cable should be your fix.
