My wife and i both have razr maxx phones had them 13 months mine quit ringing hers won't turn on wasting my money on these phones that can't use was they made to last for just so long so we will have

It will be the phone thats the problem . Most likely the speaker is faulty . but there maybe a chance that its just the ringone settings , i would check that 1st and then restore the factory settings .(you can do this by accessing settings and then selecting restore factory setings the code will most likely be 1234 or 12345 and so on , and as a last resort i would take it to a shop and see what they have to say ....
