The soft keys(menu, contact, okay button, send,etc) doesn't work!

I have the Helio Ocean ( the first one) and a few weeks ago i noticed my contact button wasn't working when i slid it up the numeric way, But it did work however when i pressed it while in the qwerty way. Today i wake up to check my texts and none of the soft keys seem to work either way but my keypad and number pad work fine.
sometimes SOME of the buttons seem to work
I've had this phone since january 2008 so its been about a year and a half.

pleaseee help me either fix my phonee, or at least just get my videos/pictures OR contacts saved!!
